The Client
Kanda is a Nigerian junk-free, environmentally-friendly, natural body care product brand.
The Goal
Create and execute a robust communication strategy for the organisation’s offline and online efforts in line with its organisational strategies.
My Workflow
- Ideation – Generate ideas for the monthly social media campaign, blog posts, email campaigns, and bulk SMS blasts.
- Asset gathering – Compile the necessary resources to be used. Also, conduct influencer research to streamline a steady stream of influencers and UGC creators who will partner with the brand for content purposes.
- Copywriting – Create the text-based parts of the different campaigns.
- Proofreading – Ensure that the texts are error-free.
- Approval – Get the Client/Supervising Officer’s approval. Send report on influencer research and partnership status for feedback and approval.
- Revising – Review the content based on the client’s feedback.
- Scheduling – Add approved content to the appropriate content calendars.
- Create graphics – Design the necessary graphics and edit necessary video content to be published alongside the earlier created text-based content.
- Publish content – Broadcast the different content types on the appropriate channels on the scheduled date.
- Engagement – Interact with the Client’s audience and process purchase orders sent through the social media channels. Also engage with influencers and UGC creators for creating brand materials and content.
- Analysis – Review the different social media profiles’ analytics and Google analytics for the website, interpret the data, assess the profiles’ performances, and use the data to inform the next batch of content & strategy.

- Iconosquare – Managing Instagram business accounts.
- Later – Free visual social media marketing.
- Canva – Designing digital graphics on the go.
- Grammarly.com – Proofreading content to eliminate undetected grammar errors.
- Mailchimp – Email marketing service provider.
- Google Docs – Creating and collaborating on text-based content.
- Google Analytics & Tag Manager – Tracking & Gathering data on user behaviour on the website.
- Meta Pixel – Tracking and Facebook ADs management.
